Findlay BalloonFest 5k – August 11, 2019

It was a beautiful sunny morning for the BalloonFest 5k this year. This is one of the larger and more professionally run 5ks in Findlay. The hot air balloons launched right before the start of the race, which is reason alone to participate. The course wound through a couple of residential neighborhoods and back roads before returning to Emory Adams Park. Even with a sore knee and pushing a stroller, it was an enjoyable run and a fast level course. Looking forward to next year.
